Mr Oliver Cassell MS FRCS(Plast) has been a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Oxford University Hospitals since 2001. He  specialises in skin cancer with a particular interest in melanoma. Mr Cassell is the senior surgeon on the Oxford local and specialist skin cancer MDT. He has sat on the NIHR skin cancer CSG for three years and was the chair of the Thames Valley skin cancer group for 5 years.

Mr Cassell has undertaken more than 500 sentinel node biopsy procedures for melanoma and has published widely on this and other areas of surgical skin cancer research.
