Dr Mark Larkin

Dr Mark Larkin is the Founder of digital healthcare research company Vitaccess (www.vitaccess.com).

Mark founded Vitaccess to explore the use of mobile technology in healthcare. He led the development of the Vitaccess digital real-world evidence platform, which uses patients' own mobile devices to quantify the impact of treatments and conditions in the real-world. Vitaccess is a pioneer in working in partnership with patient advocacy groups to develop real-world evidence, to better represent the voice of the patient to improve care and accelerate development of new products. In partnership with Melanoma UK, Vitaccess has developed a digital registry of patients with melanoma, which will launch in 2017.

Mark has a degree in Natural Sciences and a PhD in experimental psychology from the University of Cambridge.
